QAautomationtesting services that run on every build.

We design an automation strategy, write maintainable tests in your stack and connect them to your CI pipeline. Your team gets a clear pass or fail on every pull request, not after the release.
Plan your automation

Manual regression doesn't scale. Your release pace shouldn't depend on it.

Every sprint adds features, and every feature adds checks someone has to repeat by hand. Test automation services turn those repeated checks into code that runs on its own, so your testers spend their time on the problems only people can find.

Why test automation efforts stall

01

Flaky tests nobody trusts

Tests fail at random, the team starts ignoring red builds, and the suite stops protecting anything.
02

Automating the wrong things

Teams automate what's easy instead of what breaks most, so coverage looks good only on paper.
03

Suites that are hard to maintain

Every UI change breaks dozens of tests, and fixing them takes longer than testing by hand.
04

Tests outside the pipeline

Automated tests run on someone's laptop when they remember, not on every commit.
05

No time to build it

Developers and testers are busy shipping features, so automation is always planned for next sprint.
06

Slow feedback

A long suite runs once a night, so a broken build is found long after the change that broke it.

Signs you need test automation services

If several of these sound familiar, manual testing has become your bottleneck.

1

Regression takes days

Your testers spend most of each sprint rechecking old features before a release.

2

You want to release more often

Weekly or daily releases aren't realistic while every release needs a full manual pass.

3

Fixed bugs come back

Defects reappear because nothing checks for them automatically after the fix.

4

Your API has many consumers

Web, mobile and partner integrations all depend on endpoints that keep changing.

5

An old suite nobody runs

Someone started automation, moved on, and the tests slowly stopped working.

6

Developers avoid refactoring

Without tests, nobody wants to touch the code that currently works.

What we automate

Test automation services for web, mobile and APIs

Automation strategy

We decide what to automate first based on risk, release frequency and the cost of each manual check.

Web UI tests

End-to-end tests for key user flows in React and Next.js apps, written to survive UI changes.

API and integration tests

Functional, contract and negative tests for your APIs and third-party integrations.

Mobile test automation

Automated checks for iOS and Android builds, alongside manual testing of what needs human eyes.

CI integration

Suites wired into GitHub Actions or CircleCI that run on every pull request and before each deploy.

Automated regression

A regression suite that replaces the manual pass before every release.

Suite repair

We fix flaky tests, remove dead ones and make an abandoned suite useful again.

QA automation consulting

For teams building tests in-house: architecture review, framework choice and code review of your tests.

What a useful automated suite looks like

We judge automation by whether your team trusts it, not by the number of tests.

It targets real risk

Critical user flows first

Areas with frequent regressions

Integrations that break silently

It runs on its own

Triggered on every pull request

Readable reports in your CI

Failures traced to the change that caused them

It's easy to maintain

Tests live in your repository

Shared helpers instead of copy-paste

Flaky tests fixed, not skipped

Where your tests live and run

We write tests for your stack and run them in the pipeline you already have.

Who is this for

For teams whose release pace outgrew manual testing

Scaling startups

You ship every week and need a safety net before the product and team grow further.

Product companies

A large product with a long manual checklist that slows down every release.

SMBs

A business-critical app maintained by a small team that can't afford regressions.

In-house QA teams

Your testers know the product well. We help them set up the framework and automate.

Where do you want to start?

A first automated suite

Smoke and regression tests for your main flows.

Tests in CI

Checks that run on every pull request.

API coverage

Automated checks for the endpoints you depend on.

Mobile builds

Automated checks for iOS and Android releases.

A flaky suite

Make existing tests reliable again.

Your own team

Coaching and review for in-house automation.

How we build your test automation

01

Assessment

We review your product, current tests, pipeline and release process, and find where manual effort goes.

02

Strategy

You get a plan: what to automate, in which order, at which level (UI, API or unit) and how it fits your CI.

03

Framework setup

We set up the test project in your repository, with structure, shared helpers and reporting.

04

Test writing

We automate the highest-risk flows first and grow coverage sprint by sprint.

05

CI integration

Tests run in GitHub Actions or CircleCI on pull requests and before deploys, with results your team can read.

06

Maintenance or hand-over

We keep the suite green as the product changes, or hand it over to your team with documentation.

Why Gilzor

We build and maintain products ourselves, so we write tests the way we'd want to inherit them: readable, fast and part of the pipeline from day one.

What we bring

Fast start

Automation engineers can start in about two weeks.

Release experience

We've launched 70+ products and know which checks matter before a release.

Manual and automation together

Automated suites for stable flows, manual testing for everything that needs judgment.

Engineers who know your stack

Testers work next to developers fluent in React, Node.js, Python, Swift and Kotlin.

Long partnerships

Average partnership with SMBs and product companies is 5+ years.

What makes us different

Risk first

We automate what breaks most and costs most, not what's easiest.

Tests in your repo

Code lives next to your product and is reviewed like any other code.

Fits your stack

We pick frameworks that suit your product and team, not a platform you'd be locked into.

Trust over test count

A smaller suite that's always green beats a large one everyone ignores.

Overlap with US hours

Our engineers in Europe overlap with part of the US working day.

What our clients
frequently ask

What should we automate first?

Usually the flows that make you money and break most often: sign-up, login, checkout, core API calls and anything your testers recheck every release. We rank candidates by risk and effort during the assessment.

Will automation replace our manual testers?

No. Automation takes over repetitive regression checks. People are still needed for new features, exploratory testing and usability, and they get more time for it.

Which CI tools do you work with?

We integrate tests with GitHub Actions and CircleCI. If you use another pipeline, tell us and we'll confirm how we'd connect to it.

Can you fix our existing test suite?

Yes. We find the causes of flaky tests, remove the ones that no longer check anything useful and bring the rest back into your pipeline.

How do you choose testing frameworks?

By your stack, your team's skills and what you need to test. If your team will maintain the tests, we choose something they can work with comfortably.

How is QA automation priced?

A review is quoted before we start. Ongoing automation work is billed monthly per engineer. Share your stack and goals and we'll send a quote.

Who owns the automated tests?

You do. Tests are written in your repository from the first commit and stay there whether or not we keep working together.
