Managed ITservices that keep your systems running while you run the business.

We take over the day-to-day care of your infrastructure, cloud and business tools: monitoring, maintenance, updates and support, with the scope and response times agreed in your contract.
Discuss your IT

IT should be something you plan. Not something you react to.

In many growing companies, IT is whoever knows the passwords. Managed IT replaces that with a written scope, regular maintenance and a team that knows your systems before something breaks.

Why IT turns into a problem as you grow

01

IT is someone's side job

A developer or office manager handles servers, accounts and laptops on top of their real work.
02

Nobody owns the infrastructure

Cloud accounts, domains and servers were set up by different people at different times, and no one has the full picture.
03

Users find the problems

You learn a service is down when a customer or an employee complains.
04

Updates keep getting postponed

Patching and upgrades wait for a quiet week that never comes, and outdated software piles up.
05

Cloud costs drift

Unused resources and oversized servers keep running because nobody reviews them.
06

Knowledge in one head

When the one person who understands the setup is away, even simple changes stall.

What changes with a managed IT partner

The goal is IT you rarely think about: predictable, documented and handled before it reaches your team.

Visibility

  • Inventory of systems, accounts and access
  • Monitoring of the services you depend on
  • Regular reports on the work done

Maintenance on schedule

  • Planned updates and patching
  • Backup checks and restore tests
  • Cleanup of unused resources

One point of contact

  • A named contact who knows your setup
  • Requests through one channel
  • Response times agreed in your contract

Predictable costs

  • An agreed monthly scope
  • Cloud spend reviewed regularly
  • Fewer emergency fixes

Signs you need managed IT services

If two or more of these describe your company, it's time to make IT someone's actual job.

1

Your setup isn't documented

You couldn't hand a new hire a list of your systems, accounts and who has access to them.

2

The same outages repeat

A server, sync or integration fails again and gets patched by hand every time.

3

Onboarding is slow

New employees wait for accounts, devices and access because there's no process.

4

Developers do ops work

Product engineers spend sprint time on servers, backups and access requests.

5

Backups are untested

You believe backups exist, but nobody has tried restoring one.

6

A cloud move is planned

You're moving to the cloud and need someone to run the result, not just set it up.

What our clients
frequently ask

What's included in your managed IT services?

It depends on what you need. Typical areas are cloud and server management, monitoring, backups, updates, accounts and access, user support and vendor coordination. We agree the exact scope after an assessment and write it into the contract.

What are co-managed IT services?

You keep your own IT person or team, and we take on agreed areas, such as cloud operations, backups or overflow support. Your IT lead stays in charge of decisions and priorities.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. Many small businesses don't need a full-time IT hire but do need someone responsible. A managed scope gives you that without building an IT department.

What response times do you offer?

Response times are agreed with each client and written into the contract, based on how critical each system is to your business.

Can you manage our cloud environment?

Yes. Managed cloud covers day-to-day operation of your AWS environment: resources, access, costs, backups and changes, together with monitoring of the services that run there.

How is managed IT priced?

Monthly, based on the scope agreed in your contract. After the assessment we'll propose a scope and a quote.

What happens to our access and documentation if we stop working together?

They stay yours. Accounts are in your name, and we hand over all documentation and credentials so the next team can take over.
