Addsenior engineersto your own team.

Vetted specialists from our team join your standups, your backlog and your code review. You keep control of priorities and architecture; we keep the seats filled.
Discuss your team

You need capacity. Not another six-month hiring process.

Recruiting a senior engineer in the US takes months and costs a full salary before the first commit. Staff augmentation gives you people who already work together, already know how to onboard into an unfamiliar codebase and can start contributing in the first sprint.

Why in-house hiring stalls your roadmap

01

Roles stay open for months

Senior React, Node.js or mobile engineers get several offers at once. Every month a role stays empty, the backlog grows and launch dates slip.
02

Your team is stretched thin

The same few people handle features, bugs, releases and support. Velocity drops and your strongest engineers burn out first.
03

Skills you need only for a while

A migration, a new mobile app or a QA push needs specific expertise for a few months, not a permanent headcount.
04

Hiring costs before results

Recruiter fees, interviews, benefits and onboarding time all land before a new hire ships anything.
05

Freelancers are hard to rely on

Individual contractors juggle several clients, disappear between contracts and take their knowledge with them.
06

Outsourcing a whole project feels like losing control

Handing the product to an agency means their process, their priorities and a black box between you and the code.

Signs you need staff augmentation now

If two or more of these sound familiar, adding engineers is cheaper than waiting.

1

The backlog grows faster than you ship

Every planning session moves more work to the next quarter, and stakeholders stop believing the roadmap.

2

A key engineer is leaving

Knowledge is about to walk out the door and nobody has time to take it over properly.

3

A deadline you can't move

An investor demo, a contract milestone or a seasonal launch needs more hands than you have.

4

You lack one critical skill

Nobody on the team has shipped native iOS, set up CI/CD or built the QA automation you need.

5

QA is the bottleneck

Developers test their own code, releases slip and bugs reach production.

6

Hiring has stalled

Your open roles have been live for months and the candidates you can afford don't pass the interview.

Who we add to your team

The roles our clients augment most

Front-end developers

React, Next.js and TypeScript engineers who build fast, accessible interfaces in your design system.

Back-end developers

Node.js and Python engineers for APIs, integrations, data models and the services behind your product.

Mobile developers

Swift, Kotlin and React Native engineers for new apps and for apps already in the stores.

QA engineers

Manual and automation testers who join your sprints, write test cases and guard every release.

UI/UX designers

Product designers who turn requirements into flows, prototypes and production-ready screens.

Business analysts

Analysts who turn business goals into clear requirements, scope and acceptance criteria.

Project managers

Agile PMs who keep delivery predictable when your own leads are busy.

DevOps engineers

Engineers for AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and the CI/CD pipelines that keep releases boring.

Who is this for

Built for teams that already have a product

Funded startups

You raised a round and need to double engineering output without doubling hiring time.

Product companies

Your roadmap outgrew your team. We add capacity inside your existing process and tools.

SMBs

You need a reliable developer or two for the long run, without building an HR function around them.

Agencies

You won more work than your team can deliver. We extend your bench under your brand.

Where do you need support?

Speed up delivery

More engineers on the backlog you already have.

Fill a skill gap

A specialist for mobile, QA automation, DevOps or design.

Cover a departure

Take over the work and knowledge of an engineer who is leaving.

Hit a deadline

Extra capacity for a launch, a migration or a contract milestone.

Stabilize quality

QA engineers and code review to stop bugs reaching production.

Scale a new product

A small cross-functional team next to your core team.

From first call to engineers in your standup

01

Intro call

We talk through your product, stack, team structure and the roles you need, and agree what a good hire looks like.

02

Candidate profiles

You get profiles of engineers matched to your stack and seniority. No anonymous CV piles.

03

Interviews

You interview the candidates yourself, technically and culturally, and pick the people you want.

04

Onboarding

Engineers get access to your tools, repositories and rituals, and start with real tasks in the first sprint.

05

Delivery

They work in your process. We stay in touch on performance, replace people if needed and help you scale the team up or down.

What our clients
frequently ask

How fast can augmented engineers start?

Usually in about two weeks from the first call: a few days to share profiles, interviews on your side, then onboarding. Exact timing depends on the role and seniority you need.

Who manages the augmented engineers?

You do. They work in your process, take tasks from your backlog and report to your tech lead or product owner. We stay responsible for their availability, performance and replacement.

Can we interview the engineers before they start?

Yes. You interview every candidate and choose who joins your team. Nobody is assigned without your approval.

What if an engineer isn't a good fit?

Tell us and we'll replace them. We keep track of how each engineer is doing and raise issues early, so a mismatch rarely lasts long.

How is staff augmentation priced?

Monthly, per engineer, based on role and seniority. You can scale the team up or down as your roadmap changes. Tell us what you need and we'll share a quote.

How is this different from outsourcing a project?

With outsourcing, the vendor owns scope and delivery. With staff augmentation, you own the product and the process, and our engineers add capacity inside it. If you'd rather hand over a workstream, our managed team option covers that.
