Websiteredesignservices that keep your traffic and win more leads.

We find what stops visitors from contacting you, redesign the pages that matter and rebuild the site on a modern stack. Every old URL is mapped and redirected before launch, so search engines and bookmarks still find you.
Plan your redesign

A redesign should add leads. Not erase years of search traffic.

Many redesigns look great on launch day and start losing organic traffic in the weeks after: pages moved, URLs changed, redirects forgotten, content cut. We treat the existing site as an asset. We keep what already works, fix what doesn't and plan the move so nothing your visitors rely on disappears.

Why website redesigns go wrong

01

URLs change without redirects

Old links from search results, ads and partner sites lead to error pages after launch.
02

Content that ranked gets cut

Pages are merged or shortened for the new look, and the text that brought visitors is gone.
03

Design over clarity

The new site looks fresh but explains the offer no better than the old one.
04

Forms and tracking break

Lead forms, CRM connections and analytics tags are missed in the rebuild.
05

Endless review cycles

Without a clear structure agreed first, every stakeholder redesigns the homepage again.
06

Same problems on a new platform

The site moves to a new theme but stays slow and hard to edit.

Signs your website needs a redesign

A redesign makes sense when small fixes no longer move the numbers.

1

Visitors don't convert

Traffic is steady, but forms, demo requests and calls stay flat.

2

Your offer has outgrown the site

New products, markets or pricing are bolted onto a structure built for something else.

3

It looks older than your product

Prospects judge your company by a website that no longer matches what you deliver.

4

Mobile is an afterthought

Pages work on a laptop and fall apart on a phone.

5

Editing is painful

Simple content changes need a developer or break the layout.

6

Slow pages

The site takes too long to show anything, and visitors leave before it does.

What we do

Everything a redesign needs, from audit to launch

UX and content audit

We review analytics, user paths and content to see what works and what blocks visitors.

Conversion-focused structure

Page structure and calls to action built around the actions you want visitors to take.

Visual redesign

A refreshed look that fits your brand today, designed for every screen size.

URL mapping and redirects

Every old page mapped to a new one and redirected, so links keep working.

Content migration

Pages, posts, cases and media moved with their titles, meta tags and structure intact.

Rebuild on React and Next.js

A fast, maintainable codebase in place of a heavy theme or a dated build.

Forms and integrations

Lead forms, CRM, analytics and chat reconnected and tested before launch.

Pre-launch QA

Pages, redirects and forms tested on real browsers and devices.

How we protect your traffic during a redesign

The search visibility you've built over years is planned for from day one, not checked after launch.

Before design

Inventory of every live URL

Pages that bring traffic and leads identified

Content that must stay, flagged

During the build

Old-to-new URL map approved by you

Permanent redirects for every moved page

Titles, meta tags and headings carried over

At launch

Redirects and links tested

Forms and analytics checked end to end

Sitemap updated and submitted

Who is this for

For sites that already have something to lose

Growing companies

Your site brings traffic and leads, and you can't afford to start from zero.

Product companies

Your product moved on and the marketing site needs to catch up.

SMBs

Your current site works, roughly, but no longer reflects the business.

Online stores

Your catalog and checkout need a new design without losing product page traffic.

How a redesign runs

01

Audit

We review analytics, content, URLs and user paths, and agree the goals of the redesign.

02

Structure and URL map

New sitemap, wireframes and an old-to-new URL map you approve before design starts.

03

Design

Key pages first, then the full set of responsive layouts and components.

04

Build and migrate

Development, content migration, redirects, forms and integrations.

05

Launch and watch

We go live, test redirects and forms, and watch traffic and errors in the weeks after.

Why Gilzor

We redesign sites the way we'd want ours handled: keep what earns traffic, fix what blocks leads, and test every link before launch.

What we bring

Design and development together

UI/UX designers and developers in one team, so the design survives the build.

Track record

70+ products launched for startups, SMBs and product companies.

On schedule

98% of our projects are delivered on time.

QA built in

Testers check pages, redirects and forms before anything goes live.

Quick start

A redesign can start in about two weeks.

What makes us different

Traffic is part of the brief

URL mapping is planned before design, not after launch.

Structure before visuals

You approve wireframes first, so reviews stay focused.

No black box

You see the URL map, the designs and the build as they progress.

After-launch care

We watch the site after launch and stay for maintenance if you need it.

Overlap with US hours

Our team in Europe overlaps with part of the US working day.

What our clients
frequently ask

Will we lose search traffic after the redesign?

Any big change carries some risk, so we plan for it. We map every live URL to a new one, set up permanent redirects, carry over titles and meta tags, and test everything at launch. We can't promise rankings, but we make sure nothing that brings visitors is lost by accident.

Can you redesign without changing our URLs?

Often, yes. Where the current URL structure works, we keep it. Where it has to change, every old URL gets a redirect to its new page.

Do we have to rebuild the site from scratch?

Not always. If the codebase is in good shape, a visual and structural redesign on the same platform can be enough. The audit tells you which option makes sense.

How long does a website redesign take?

It depends on the number of pages, the content and the integrations. After the audit you get a plan with milestones, and work can begin in about two weeks.

How is a redesign priced?

Fixed price after discovery, based on scope. If you start with an audit, that's a separate fixed price and gives you an estimate for the full redesign.

Will our forms and CRM connection keep working?

Yes. Forms, CRM, analytics and other integrations are on the launch checklist and tested end to end before the new site goes live.
