Web3development services from the first question to a dApp in production.

Gilzor is a full-cycle Web3 development company. We help you decide whether a blockchain belongs in your product, then design and build the dApp, smart contracts, wallet and back end, and connect them to the systems you already run.
Discuss your Web3 project

Web3 is not a separate product. It has to work with the one you have.

Most Web3 projects that stall do so outside the smart contract: wallets that confuse users, an indexer that falls behind, a custody or payment provider added late, a back end that disagrees with the chain. We treat Web3 development as product engineering with a blockchain inside it, so the on-chain and off-chain parts are designed, tested and monitored together.

Common Web3 development problems

01

A blockchain where a database would do

The project chose a chain before anyone asked what decentralization should achieve, and now pays for it in cost and complexity.
02

Onboarding loses most users

Seed phrases, gas fees and network switching stop people who were ready to sign up.
03

Contracts that can't be fixed

Code was deployed without a plan for upgrades, admin keys or emergency pauses, so every bug is permanent or risky to patch.
04

On-chain and off-chain data disagree

Balances in the app lag behind the chain, events are missed and support can't tell users what happened.
05

Integrations added at the end

On-ramps, custody, KYC and analytics were bolted on after launch, each with its own rules and failure modes.
06

Security reviewed too late

Key handling, contract permissions and front-end signing flows were checked only after real funds were at stake.

Signs you need a Web3 development partner

These usually appear when a Web3 idea moves from a prototype or a pitch toward real users and real money.

1

You're not sure you need a blockchain

The idea sounds right, but nobody has compared it with a conventional architecture.

2

Your product needs crypto features

Customers ask to pay, hold or withdraw digital assets inside the app you already have.

3

A prototype has to become a product

A hackathon or in-house demo works on a test network, but not for paying users.

4

Your dApp needs a mobile app

Users want iOS and Android, and the web dApp's wallet flow doesn't carry over.

5

A provider or network is changing

A custody, wallet or infrastructure vendor you depend on is changing terms or shutting down a product.

6

Your Web3 team is stretched

Contracts, front end, back end and DevOps sit with one or two people who can't cover it all.

What we do

Web3 development services we provide

Web3 consulting and discovery

We test whether a blockchain is the right tool, pick the network and architecture, and estimate cost before you commit.

dApp development

Web and mobile decentralized apps with clear wallet flows, readable transaction states and a back end that keeps up.

Smart contract development

Token, payment, escrow and governance logic with tests, upgrade plans and admin controls designed in from the start.

Web3 wallet development

Custodial, non-custodial and embedded wallets, from key management to send, receive and transaction history.

Web3 integration services

Wallet connection, fiat on- and off-ramps, custody providers, KYC, node providers and indexers connected to your product.

Web3 in financial services

Crypto features for fintech products: balances, transfers, trading screens and reconciliation with your ledger.

Web3 migration

Moving contracts, data or users to another network or provider, or modernizing an aging dApp without losing history.

Web3 product design

Interfaces that explain signing, fees and confirmations in plain language to people who are new to crypto.

What a well-built Web3 product includes

Whatever the use case, the same basics decide whether a dApp is safe to run and easy to use.

A clear on-chain boundary

Only what needs trustless execution goes on chain

Network chosen for fees, speed and ecosystem

Upgrade, pause and admin rules written down

Token and data models agreed before code

Keys and permissions

Admin roles split, with multi-signature where it matters

Private keys never in code, logs or chat

Signing requests users can read and verify

Independent audit planned for contracts holding funds

Onboarding people can finish

Familiar sign-in options next to wallet connection

Fees and confirmation times shown up front

Clear pending, failed and completed states

Recovery paths for lost access

Visibility in production

Indexed events and balances in your own database

Alerts on failed transactions and unusual activity

Reconciliation between chain, ledger and providers

Runbooks for incidents and network outages

Engineers who join your roadmap.

How our Web3 development works

01

Discovery: do you need a blockchain?

We map users, assets and trust assumptions, compare a Web3 design with a conventional one and tell you plainly which fits.

02

Architecture and network choice

On-chain and off-chain parts, network, wallets, providers and compliance touchpoints documented for you to review.

03

Build in sprints on test networks

Contracts, apps and back end built together, with automated tests and demos on test networks every sprint.

04

Security review and audit

Internal review of contracts, keys and signing flows, then an independent audit before contracts hold real funds.

05

Launch, monitor and evolve

Staged mainnet release, monitoring and alerts, then ongoing work as users, networks and providers change.

What our clients
frequently ask

What is Web3 development?

Web3 development is building applications where some logic or assets live on a public blockchain instead of only on a company's servers. In practice that means smart contracts, a web or mobile app that talks to users' wallets, and a conventional back end that indexes chain data, handles accounts and connects to payment, custody and identity providers.

Do we actually need a blockchain?

Often not. A blockchain helps when several parties who don't fully trust each other need shared records, when users should hold their own assets, or when you need to work with existing tokens and wallets. If one company controls the data and users don't need to hold assets, a regular database is usually cheaper, faster and easier to change. Our discovery phase answers this before any build.

Which blockchains do you work with?

We choose the network during discovery based on fees, speed, wallet support, available tooling and where your users and partners already are. Many projects run on Ethereum or other EVM-compatible networks; we'll tell you which options fit your case and why.

Can you add Web3 features to our existing app?

Yes, and that is a common starting point. Typical Web3 integration work includes wallet connection, embedded wallets, fiat on- and off-ramps, custody providers, token balances and transfers, and syncing on-chain events into your existing back end and ledger.

How do you handle smart contract security?

Contracts get automated tests, internal review, clear admin and upgrade rules, and protected deployer keys. For contracts that will hold user funds, we recommend an independent audit before mainnet and prepare the code and documentation for it.

What about regulation and compliance?

As of October 2026, US rules for digital assets are still changing. The GENIUS Act, signed in July 2025, set a federal framework for payment stablecoins, and broader rules for crypto markets are still being worked out. What applies to you depends on what your product does and where your users are. We build in the controls your compliance team asks for, such as KYC, transaction monitoring hooks and geographic restrictions, and we recommend involving qualified legal counsel early. This is general information, not legal advice.

How much does Web3 development cost?

It depends on the number of contracts, platforms and integrations and on audit needs. A defined build is usually a fixed-price project after discovery, and ongoing work runs with engineers billed monthly. Our blockchain app development cost guide shows typical ranges.

Can you build a mobile dApp?

Yes. We build iOS and Android apps that connect to external wallets or include an embedded wallet, with transaction states and notifications designed for mobile users.
